Since 2000, one of people's favorite chatting topics was songjianglian (宋江恋) -- the unconfirmed relationship between female singer Song Zuyin (宋祖英) and China's president Jiang Zemin (江泽民).

According to widely circulated rumors, Song was Jiang's secret mistress, and Jiang asked the government to provide fund, service and convenience for Song's performances at home and abroad.

For example, the government spent a large sum of money to rent a magnificent concert hall (Der Musikverein Wien) in Vienna for Song's solo concert, and give all tickets as gifts to Austrian audience.

For the authenticity of this relationship, I half believe and half doubt, but most of my colleagues believe. After 2015, Song retired, and gradually disappeared from spotlight and stage.
