Today, most people remember Hong Kong Handover from Britain to China in 1997, only a few people still remember Macao Handover from Portugal to China in the last month of 1999.

We often heard that avaricious Chinese officials carried the government funds, secretly went to Macao for gamble, but when they returned home, they were immediately arrested.

Do you know why? Because in Macao's casinos, there were (and are) informants of China government who monitored suspicious gamblers and reported suspicious activities to Beijing.
